Keep hands off your hair except when massaging it. When at home, keep your hair covered or wrapped to prevent unraveling or slipping.
It depends on how quickly your gray comes back. But we would advise you dye it before you come in for your retie while your new growth are still loose. There is a chance of slippage with frequent dyeing, so please be cautious.
Not necessarily. It depends on the service you want to get. If your hair is that long, it's best to get microlocs twists or braids (no extension added). Prices depend on size, length, and thickness.

We accept Zelle for deposit and the remaining balance must be brought in cash.
We would love to encourage our clients to speak up as soon as they start feeling off about their hair. If something doesn’t look right or you’re not happy with the length, do not be afraid to let us know. Please do not wait until you get home to tell us. We would love to make corrections if needed.

A grid is a pattern system to form square parts or block placements. It is designed to create a consistent look and enables us to maintain or interlock your roots when it’s time to freshen them up.
Absolutely. During consultation, we could recommend something else for you. You always have a choice to agree or disagree.

Absolutely. We make sure for clients with low-density hair or alopecia/thinning. We use fewer hair extensions and do not recommend micro parts. It’s better to have standard parts so there is enough of your hair to hold the extensions
